Terms of Service
1. The basics
By using BlackBoy (blackboy.xyz), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the latest version.
2. Free tools, provided as-is
All tools and content on BlackBoy are free for personal, non-commercial use and are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep every calculator accurate, but we can't guarantee perfection — always sanity-check important settings yourself.
3. No accounts
There is no signup and no user account system. Because we store nothing about you, there is nothing to delete, export or recover — your data simply never leaves your browser.
4. Fair use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, attack or attempt to disrupt the site or its hosting infrastructure.
- Scrape the site aggressively or republish our content as your own.
- Use the tools for anything unlawful or to harass others.
5. Content
Guides, articles and tool designs on BlackBoy are our original work. You're welcome to link to any page. Copying large portions of our content onto other sites without permission isn't cool — ask first.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlackBoy is not liable for any damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site — including, for the avoidance of doubt, any ranked matches lost while testing your CPS instead of warming up.
7. External links
We may occasionally link to external sites. We're not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
